Making a Difference

DIFFERENCE is the quality that makes one person or thing unlike another. To make a difference means to make a noticeable effect or change that has explicit distinctness.

A leader who aspires to make a difference is one whose aim is to make a significant change in a situation, and portrays dissimilar characteristics that are unlike what is otherwise experienced.

Note however, the challenges that will be induced in your attempt to be different; but pay little attention to them.

Every change is evil, unless the change of an evil thing.

Do not be content with what you are, who you are or under those conditions within which you find yourself. Envision greatness, yearn for a change, work at it and be encouraged to keep making a difference.
